People before profit

Water Tour

We are in the process to become a Certified B Corporation. Certified B Corporations are businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose. B Corps are accelerating a global culture shift to redefine success in business and build a more inclusive and sustainable economy. You can read more about B-Corps here.

We only sell products that are properly tested, labeled and manufactured.

If a product we sell loses integrity or becomes adulterated, we will stop selling it immediately.

Stay local

Community Service

We donate a portion of our after-tax profits to local food pantries.

Employees can donate several work hours every week to volunteer for a local charity or non-profit that betters the community.

We buy as much as we can from local suppliers and vendors. Purchasing from local suppliers helps to ensure that money stays in the community.

We donate time and supplies to Health Care is a Human Right (HCHR), a non-profit which offers free holistic wellness clinics quarterly here in the beautiful Hudson Valley.

Doing our part

Rock Maze

We support the Clean Seas campaign, which aims to engage governments, the general public and the private sector in the fight against marine plastic pollution.

We use only post-consumer recycled paper products, made from waste material like coffee cups. The recycling is done in the United States, not shipped to China.

We purchase only certified refurbished electronics, such as computers, to reduce electrical waste which is some of the most hazardous and hard-to-recycle material.

We only sell supplements containing ingredients that have been sustainably farmed or wild-harvested and do not sell any herbs or other materials that are threatened or endangered.

We are strong proponents of the Ulster County Bring Your Own Bag Act, which banned single-use plastic bag distribution at most retail establishments in our county as of July 2019.

Creating a healthy work environment

Rugby Players

We are early adopters of the $15/hr minimum wage.

Employee schedules are highly flexible, ensuring workers can spend as much time as possible with their families.

We offer an extensive benefits package which includes paid sick, vacation, and family leave that goes above and beyond the requirements.

Monthly check-ins are encouraged, providing a welcoming space for feedback and improvement.
