Carolina Gold Rice - 16 oz
The grandfather of long-grain rice in the Americas, Carolina Gold is delicate, non-aromatic rice with chameleon starch properties that allow it to produce fluffy, individual grains; creamy risotto; or sticky Asian-style rice, depending on how it is cooked.
Tips and uses: Carolina Gold rice can be used in many different ways. Soak and add some rice wine vinegar for sushi rice texture. Toast in a pan after browning meat and use as risotto. Or cook with butter and stock like basmati rice.
