NXGEN Whole Foods Pure Colostrum is freeze-dried to maintain the bioactivity and nutritional value of the original colostrum.  Keeping intact heat-sensitive proteins, vitamins, minerals, immunoglobulins, and enzymes. It contains 500 mg per capsule.

The best quality colostrum is evident by this golden yellow color. The color is a sign it contains the highest strength immunoglobulins and bioactive from colostrum collected between 8-12 hours after calving and the first milk.  
 
Why are other brands of colostrum white?
 
When Colostrum powder is white it’s usually a sign it has been spray dried which is drying at high temperatures which affects heat sensitive compounds.  The more white the powder the more likely it contains milk powder.
