Finger Lakes grown raw pumpkin seeds are an Austrian varietal that grows well in the region.
Our raw seeds are dried at 140 F immediately after harvest. The seeds are loaded with nutrients like Vitamin E, zinc, copper, manganese, magnesium, lutein and zeaxanthin.
Seeds can be sprinkled on your cereal, yogurt or soups, used as an alternative to nuts such as walnuts or peanuts. The shelf life of the seeds is one year.
